The last time I was in my hood with contemporaries I grew up with, I noticed that the men were already leaving from 5pm. Seemed strange to me until I heard about how things have changed. The younger generation (age 23 downwards) have taken over the streets and carry guns and cutlasses. They move in hundreds and nobody can stop them when they raid. No one is spared and anyone who challenges them may not live to tell the story. If you live around Agege towards Iju/Obawole you'd understand what saying.
