Mr X lives in a place called Sangotedo in Lagos and is having symptoms of #Covid19.

He goes online to make enquiries on how to get tested and finds out that the only testing center is in Yaba, Lagos.

He goes to the Nigeria Institute of Medical Research (NIMR) website and gets to fill a form indicating his symptoms , he gets a call about 3 hours later telling him that his form had been received and that an email has been sent to him with details of his test schedule and date .

He checks his email and finds out that his test schedule has truly been sent to him with instructions to print out the email and come with it to the test center in Yaba.

The thing is his test date falls within the government stipulated lockdown date meaning he cannot go to the test center (MR X doesn't have a car) .

A couple of days later on his test date he tries to book #bolt / #taxify and is told that the ride hailing app is temporarily out of service due to the movement restrictions imposed by the state.

What is Mr X to do?

What is the State Government to do ?
