I will explain, we had 3 previous administration all awarding same contract from 1999 till date with no significant impact of progress across all 6 regions like you insinuated. Now out of the blues a 78 years grandpa that should be resting came n is now developing a section of the 6 regions but instead of being grateful for his effort you'd rather insult him while you look away from the colossal failures that never developed any of the regions.

Now tell me, if the previous 3 had picked a region to develop won't Nigeria be having at least 4 developed region now or you'd rather he loot just like the other 3 without developing any region ?
