Good afternoon nairalanders.

Please I need your help
I won't bore you with long epistles as I will just go straight to the point

My wife and I got married two months ago after dating for abt two years.
Recently she keeps having all manners of dreams.
She has at a point in time seen herself swimming in the river in her dream
Also she has seen herself carrying a baby
boy who was later shot dead in the dream (even though she's yet to be pregnant)
She told me few days ago that she also her getting married again to another man in the dream.
Last Friday evening she told me she saw someone with pregnancy in the dream of which she really can't tell if she's the one or someone else.
Just last night she woke and told me she saw herself having sex with an old man in the dream.

All these funny dreams keeps getting me worried.
I really need your sincere and matured advice on this especially those who have experienced such.
She's equally worried and emotionally down given the fact that she's not yet pregnant.
I will appreciate your sincere and matured advice

You are probably the old man from the dream.

Whatever you do, pls do not fall into the hands of spiritual charlatans. We all do have dreams and most times our dreams centre on our minds top preoccupation. Your wife yearns for fruit of the womb and dreams of sex and pregnancy. It's expected.
Be prayerful with your wife but avoid religious hawks and vultures.

She is over worrying herself, she not been pregnant yet, is already disturbing her subconsciously, without her knowing, the whole thing plays back on her dreams.
Once she gets what she is looking for ( pregnancy) all the dreams will disappear.
Help her get pregnant, by calculating her fertility days.

Mental illness is a thing. Take your wife for mental evaluation before her symptoms worsen. If she’s cleared and fit for daily existence then it means she worries too much over little things. Find her a job or give her money to start a shop so her mind gets diverted there. Also, stop entertaining her by listening and asking for whatever she dreamt about the night before. Everybody has nightmares, she is not the first person to experience them.

You need more of God's word. I used to have two funny dreams when growing up. I prayed and prayed . Nothing worked. I went for word counseling. I listened to the word. I ate the word. And I had the funny dream again but I used the word against it. It is almost 15years now. I have never seen those dreams again.
I don't want to say the dream here but I have been free from it since. Go eat the word. Seek you Pastors counsel.

Give it to your wife to study. Luke 21:15 says it shall turn out to you for a testimony

It means she has a spirit husband, a spirit pregnancy which will result in a spirit child. It will make it hard for her to conceive physically. She need serious Prayer and deliverance. I will recomend she go to this mountain on fire 3 days fasting and Prayer programme, nobody will lay hand on you or give you prophesies, you will join other to pray for yourself. Am telling you by experience. My wife passed through The same thing, The same kind of dreams. It took us one year to concieve atter marriage and it after a lot of Prayers

What I'm trying to say is that long thoughts she exposes her mind to influences her mindset and certainly add to what triggers her dreams. Also, dreams that are entertaining, funny are hardly noticed because no serious event happened. But dreams that reenforces her disturbing thoughts frightens her. This is Illusory correlation.

I don't know about your belief, but I will advice you pray with her and comfort her, and make her have a positive mental attitude. She shouldn't worry about it. All will be alright.

The kind of movies (especially the home videos that features spiritism) can make your wife have these kind of dreams/thoughts. Does she view these kind of movies?

OK. To the best of my knowledge she went for igbele she was in a corner in a white garment church fasting and praying for 7 days, she do break in the evening mostly with white food without salt and pepper e.g yam, after series of prayers, fasting and bathing with water prayed upon with some verses in the Bible and anoinning oil, the cloth she used for the prayers were burnt and she was made to do some casting and binding with a wedding gown and the wedding gown was burnt down to.

Some persons who claim to be Christians pray in these manner. By doing so, they think that their prayers will be answered which in reality is false. The annoying part is, when they pray like these, they disturb the peace of others who may be trying to get some rest.

These set of persons make a mockery of the Christian Faith.

I'm quite a reserved person who learns in silence. She didn't finish the story and I wanted her to throw more lights
