i got this off wiki and i think it does define Open relationship welll:::

An open relationship is a relationship in which the people involved agree that they want to be together, but in which romantic or intimate relationships with additional people are accepted, permitted or tolerated

People who can survive this emotionally probably enjoy swinging. Its all about variety sex

The only experience Ive had with this, is I was persued by a married man in an open relationship.It just felt wrong. His wife agreed to the arrangment, seems, only because he got caught cheating! And he said sometimes she got jealous when he told her about his relations with other women. Last I talked to him he said his wife was pregnant and I ran!

I'm open to the idea of open relationships. Personally, I think its for mature individuals. We all know that not everyone can handle the idea of such a relationship.
