There's inflation already. There is nothing wrong from my opinion and they know it. That is why they can give some ghost Nigerians over 11b in two days.

If we say the sharing of money in Nigeria during this covid 19 period will lead to inflation. Well, I agree with you but we have to look at the extend at which the said token will help in sustaining the lives of Nigerians. Inflation has already set in as a result of the lockdown. Now that there is no money in the hands of people to buy food, has that lead to the decrease in the general prices of goods and services Or has that lead to increase in the value of naira? The reality is that people are hungry and if money is shared to people it will reduce the level of crime in our country.

thank u op, let me come in, the same amount that can be share to all Nigerians has been entering into private pockets since 1999, the inflation/hyperinflation will not be noticed.

I don't think it works like that. That could cause inflation. And the printed nairas would be valueless.

What about the money they have been stealing decades ago? so no economic implications, right? if they share money it would never come close to the one they stole in the past 2 years alone...

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES AND FIRST WORLD COUNTRIES IS THAT FIRST WORLD COUNTRIES HAVE A FULLY CREDIT BASED ECONOMY SYSTEM.....ie they allow for the general use of credit cards more than debt cards in the economy

THIS ALLOWS THEM TO LEND CURRENCY TO OTHER NATIONS

THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES ARE USING DEBIT ECONOMY SYSTEM.....ie they use mostly debit cards in the economy

Only few people have credit cards in THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES
