Why should the government spend 2 billion to cater to just 2000 citizens?

Yes. I think the government is failing but I don't believe in special treatment.

Nigerian citizens in Nigeria should be the government's main priority for now.

If they can't cater for 2,000 Nigerians coming from abroad, how will they cater for the 190,000,000 Nigerians that are already here?
