Infact I was nearly killed by same NBM, once for supposed mutiny like.he recounted and secondly when I decided to walk away.. I wasn't attending meetings , J, nothing , but I was still coming to school ..I wanted a different life and I knew there was no going to my kpowai and saying I am done .

I knew it wasn't Hollywood.. I knew the path I chose led to my death, but I didn't care. Bro I was tired , I emotionally, psychologically exhausted

I was done .. I heard rumors I was to be Daxd blah blah blah I just didn't care .

But never once did I go anywhere and start speaking unnecessarily because I knew that would be selfish, that would endanger otthers lives

I knew everyone needed their own time to come around to change

Funny thing is several years later the butcher who was sent to find me once told me after he too had gotten tired grin

He said he didn't know I was the one all he has was my name we actually walked past each other as I left marierie hall grin

Life is funny

My point is we need to change these young men and not glorify or endanger their lives

Marierie... Ojukwu.... Ojike... Dike..

Egede grin

We are on the same my son. Or you think these cultists don't fortify themselves with "jazz" wearing rings on their fingers that makes them believe they turn invincible during danger? Putting handkerchiefs in their pockets that makes them believe their whereabouts cannot be known? Or you think they don't go to one baba or the other to ask for juju beads that will make them immune to bullets and machette? It's only sentiments and poor thinking that will make you think such shouldn't be discussed here infact, it's one of the most Paramount things that ought to be discussed. So please those coming to discredit the existence of juju and jazz are helping alot of lives out there. So many people were scared of joining one frat or the other but they were promised immunity, immortality and invincibility with beads and rings to calm them down and make them comfortable. I don't need to tell you how tragic it ended.

You probably are a cultist with the sole aim of derailing this thread, what’s the correlation ? Because you have not personally witnessed this doesn’t make it void or surreal. But we won’t give you the joy of ejaculating on this thread with your irrelevant reasoning why don’t you find the threads that have discussed this topic in detail and continue from there or better still open your own thread..please do the needful and get lost from the thread, talking about discrediting jazz or juju, you certainly are a clown not to be taken serious !!

Let me share a story a by Friend, this happened at Avontrou, it happened that this friend of mine, his mom suddenly called him and told him not to go out night that night, it was strange to him because Nigeria to Cotonou is very expensive to call, he told his room mates too about the message his mom told him, but they ignored him, but one of his room mate adhered to him, so the ones that ignored him went to the club that night, so while the ones that ignored was coming back, walking through the street of Avontrou they sighted middle aged men, with only tyed wrapper holding a human head, they quickly hid themselves, luck ran out on them, they were caught by the disciples of the men with human head, the disciples were with cutlass ready to cut head, what saved them was that, the disciple could identify them because when they visit local bars, they usually buy beer for the disciples, which made them have pity on them and told them to quickly leave without looking back.
That's what saved them, if not them for don turn gunner, till they left Cotonou, non went to club late night again or say they want to walk late night again.

They even have a day dedicated for the voodoo celebration, January 10.

I have been following this thread quietly without making a comment until i saw this.

You go all over Nairaland, trumpeting how you are not on people's level and how you are living the dream. How you can feed people's family for life. I won't be surprised that you are a nobody.

Like I earlier said, these people getting all worked up and angry that their belief in juju is being challenged will never believe they are under the influence of mind control.Persons with higher IQ will most likely resist mind control than those with fragile psyche. Its almost the same antiques religion uses, but cultism is antisocial and calamitous to our social solidarity.A subcultural group like bokoharam terrorists also practice mind control and cultism,as was the case of maitetsine in the 70's into the 80's.These groups use human blood and make sacrifices then use religion and fear to manipulate the fragile minds of their potential members as a mechanism to galvanize them into criminal expedition. No matter how you try to convince a bokoharam suspect (first hand witness) that his ideology is wrong,he would gladly tell you to your face while smiling that you are the lost one and he is ready to die for what is right so he can go to Aljannah firdaus(paradise).

my gratitude goes to you(ambitiouscent), the OP (saynotocultism),Savage Savage, nobone, riyadgodess ,and some good followers of this thread whose I couldn't remember their monikers.

My utmost gratitude goes to the mods/admin for not to have blocked or removed this thread, no matter how the thread must have been derailed.

Those of us here doing the good job(sharing the ill and effects of cult related activities, advising young ones to avoid cultism etc) we shouldn't relent be encouraged.

I have been following this thread long ago, though, I deregistered my 1st account for security reasons as warned by OP. people have come with different strategies in order to stop this thread.
1st: they started by threatening the OP, 'you de shake table we broken bottles dey o o'
2nd: they came up with another strategy, trying to discourage readers by saying, 'OP stories were fiction, tales of the Moon' bla bla bla.
3rd: they said,"OP you are only promoting NBM confraternity and cultism entirely"
4th: some said, " Op you are impersonating DSS,if you threaten anybody again, I will show who I am" and so on.
5th:to unravel the full identity of the OP, two names were mentioned Vigo and Versace. after commenting on that, he admitted to have been unveiled.
6th: third person theory came up, 'most stories here now are made up of what happened to another person, not actually the one telling the story' bla bla bla.
7th: Instead of advising people to stop
endangering their lives by joining cultism, We were busy doubting the existence, efficacies and potencies of charms.

For Christians if you're coming 4rm that perspective, have you forgotten where God warned the Israelites not to serve other gods. If there are gods, there are powers in them. But the fact is that if you believe in the supreme power of the Almighty God,other powers from other gods can never affect you both negatively or positively.

PLS let us focus on the main aim/objective of this thread.
@azubiking if you want to extend your dialogue, I challenge you to go to a link 'Religion' and place your believes and dialogues.

That's why people should not take the bait of commenting about charms. It's a ploy to stop this very godly thread. The other day, one guy wanted to shut it down by giving the impression that the thread has ended, only for him to fail. People continued to drop important comments.

Now, this next strategy of juju argument. You will notice that the monica's talking about juju have not been commenting on this trend before. If you comment on the juju talk, just know that you have decided to hinder the work God is using this trend for. But you won't succeed. This trend will overcome all tricks of the devil and his agent.

Let the useful info Keep coming in.

KodakBlack:
I grew up with a lot of street Niggas, real killers that left their glory to start over in my area because when they start having families, it dawns in them the beauty of life they had taken without thinking twice.

When we talk, I can see most are product of broken homes and their parents are distanced from them but I always believed that when I meet someone, I either learn from them or they learn from me.
Parents also play a vital role in the lives of this youngings.

I know one little boy who always looked up to me on the street. As secretive and one man mopol I dey always do, only this boy can come into my house anytime at will.

I often advice him to study hard and become something better. His parents are still together, but his mother never believes her son does crazy things like bringing girls home but I know and often advice him to wear condoms since I can’t stop him from tasting the forbidden apple he had eaten already.

I left the area, and just last week I saw him posting on FB with the SEC hand sign with “08” caption. I was shocked! The only son, and he called me on WhatsApp the next day. I asked what level he was, and the name of the school which I fear he might not last that much being a system man.

The moment I told him focus on your studies, do not join bad gangs or cults, he changed the subject saying he wants to be like me and told me he had to go, we’d talk later.

Few hours later, my younger brother who’s older than him with more than four years sent me a picture of this boy’s WhatsApp status smoking weed o.

I just sunk into my sofa wondering where and how his mother had gone wrong. This used to be boy whose mother and family are heavily involved in church activities weekly.

I plan on telling his mother if I can get her number but she’s too dramatic and I’m afraid she’ll take it in the wrong approach towards this boy.

Bottom line of these stories everyone dey share is that Cultism kills!
He looks up to u.. call him and sit him down. Have a heart 2 heart, brother 2 brother discussion with him.. Telling his mum won't hit hard like u talking directly to him about the ills. And even if he doesn't renounce yet he will be very cautious with his dealings.. His mom will get mad, disappointed and change his school but not his mindset... we all have roles to play on those who look up to us. I have a young friend somewhere in Lekki (a drug dealer), he's also a builder but he needs to make ends meet and drugs is the only other path he knows. He has been threatened to join the system or die. He ran away from his house and his wares seized with his phones. I have the power to protect him from them but that would come at a cost of associating myself and identifying with what i have supposedly left behind... I was confused as to what to do as i know its another challenge to test me. Honestly i done already do one control down to pave way for my entrance and mess those domestic frat boys only for me to call him yesterday to announce my coming to their hood and he told me that the Baale has already settled and everyone is minding their business for now. What I'm saying bro just don't cast him to his parents.. They will eventually know but taking him as ur younger one since he already sees u as a senior bro is a better option.

Cultism is antisocial.Young persons who are vulnerable to either joining willingly or through coercion should know that no juju can protect your Life when you get surrounded by rival cultists,or when that 7.62mm bullet from that law enforcement agents rifle touches your head or any parts of your body that may likely lead to death.

I was with a couple of Military men who belonged to a particular cult gang in charge of selling hard drugs on a street that houses lots of motels where prostitutes do their business. One young barrack boy was just initiated into the cult and the person that brought him into the game was making preparation to take him to nasarawa for fortification against bullets.Eventually they did travel.

Few weeks after, the said soldier returned to the Northeast for the operation against bokoharam insurgency. He came back in a body bag.Cause of death was bullet holes.

One other soldier who belonged to this same cult gang was also found dead with a live tortoise tied around his arm.Cause of death was bullet holes.

Young chaps, these cultists will tell you all sought of sweet lies using your imagination and beliefs in the supernatural to mind control you. They tell you that their charms will protect you from death but you must follow rules. They tell you that those who died didn't follow the rules of the charm leading to their death.

Don't believe any juju is real.Once you believe this fallacy, they have succeeded partly. They will tell you that Obama is a Norseman,Goodluck is a Norseman and how invincible you could become.

During initiation, they mix concoction that will make you hallucinate, making you think you are seeing supernatural beings or hearing one good speaking. These are all lies just to put fear into your mind for easy manipulation onward.

Study the story of the O.P and you will realize that after initiation, the elders begin to give you tasks to accomplish. They never told you how you'd become an errand boy before you got into the game. You thought it was all parte after parte, meeting inflencial persons and sexing hot campus girls. All lies...

Ever wondered why cultists have a band wagon mentality? From the onset, each one of them before initiation were noticed by their Links man to be easy prey for manipulation. After initiation, the fear of what they witnessed during initiation and their fragile thought process combine together to make them even more vulnerable to constant manipulation by their gang leaders whose sole aim is to achieve their own personal satisfaction or that of the godfather who may be one influential politician or other big men.

They will use you until you end up dead,or useless and replace you with another prey whose fragile mind couldn't decode the mind control tactics.

Finally,no body here on this platform was made Nairaland police or Senator or judge to enforce their personal laws. I find it funny when someone will order anyone here to stop posting their thoughts simply because they opposed an ideology. When you realize that your opinion is just an opinion, perhaps that's when you have grown an additional brain.

Jazz this Jazz that abeg who say Jazz no dey? Jazz dey but this same cowards wey dey claim Dem don fortify themselves with Jazz if rivals surround them the next thing na so them go tear race.

e get one small boy for my area that year wey Jazz na him second name, if this boy come your place, you bring Okro soup him no dey chop, you bring this one him no dey chop, the guy been dey very selective, why because of him Jazz. The day wey rival cult guys been map am out the Jazz no save am, na so him fall flat

If their Jazz is that potent as most Cultist make us believe, then they won't be running in and out of town any time there is a war.
I know of so many guys that left Makurdi and never came back again till date even with their so called fortification..............

There is this guy that was gisting us how they took him for fortification in one bush in one interior village in Benue, he said when he entered that forest the place he was taken to even he became scared of his life in the midst of that forest there was only one small hut and an old woman was there like 100 years of age he said he slept in that forest for one week sucking that old woman breast and fucking her nyash every day for that one week at the end of the one week they gave the charms that they claim will make him invincible , just see the kind of weird things they make you to do.

that's how he came back causing trouble up and down thinking he is invincible, the day came when some rivals cult guys came for him and he escaped death by the whiskers that day he knew he was not invincible...
That's how my guy man left Makurdi to Abuja and he hardly comes there again.

Most of these guys forming Jazz up and down when they come for them that's how they fall down flat.

saynotocultism:
I called my brother and narrated all that happened. He brought in police men from asaba and by then, it was too late as the guys had to leave town. Joy was picked up and she was asked to make her statement. Joy couldnt spell simple words like , come, night, and she doesnt even understand the word paragraph. The police man in charge of the case looked at me and said " SO NA BECAUSE OF THIS GIRL DEM BURST YOUR HEAD, SEE YOUR LIFE " Two months after the incident, i was sitting outside and about 3 of the vikingsss gang members came to me and started threatening me. " YOU GET MIND ABI, YOU GO CALL POLICE FOR US , WE GO KILL YOU TODAY " . They attacked me and injured me for the second time. I rushed back to the police station and some of the vikings police came to me and i explained all that happened. " LEAVE THAT GIRL ALONE,YOU NO DEY HEAR WORD , YOU GO JUST KILL YOUSELF " I told them i no longer date the girl and also narrated what happened and the reason for the second attack was that i reported to the police. I immediately got a lawyer and we copied the police commissioner and also the divisional police officer of abraka police station. They threat increased, i started getting death threats from them and even civil defense members who where part of the viking gang started threatening me . I then ran to the school hostel to stay with a friend.

I stayed with a friend for 2 months and then i ran into an old friend and i explained everything to him, he then said i should meet him up at a popular bush bar in abraka in the night and they will help me. I visited him at night at the bar and i met other guys sitting down with him and i greeted them. I purchased drinks for them and explained everything that happened. They then ask me to go back home to stay and they will see me the next day. I went back home and the vikingsss boys came around and said i should go and pay for the drinks they took for two weeks. I resisted and they started slapping me. I had no choice than to pay. I also fetched water for them that night .The next day, my friend came around with the other guys, they came around and warned them never to touch me again or collect money from me. Argument started between them and the next thing i heard was AYEE AXXE MEN, immediately the vikingsss gang members started leaving the scene and they left completely. I was surprised , and one of them said to me " WE NO GO FIT HELP YOU DO ANYTHING BECAUSE YOU BE JU ".

That was how my journey to cultism started.

The reason why I quoted this from the first page is to bring us back on track. Say no to cultism. Whether or not you believe there are spiritual mysteries doesn't negate the existence of spiritual mysteries. The consequence of you believing or not believing would only affect you. At the end of the day, what you believe would define you. Me? I believe in Jesus Christ. I believe it when God said and I'm paraphrasing; "once as He said it, TWICE have I heard, ALL POWER belongs to God" and I also believe "we wrestle not against flesh and blood...but against spiritual wickedness in high places".
Cultism is deeply spiritual. Stop wasting young lives. I'm close to 40 years and I have hardly met anybody that indulged in cultism and made it out that wasn't deeply regretful. Deeply.
I prayed with one back in school, the prayer of salvation. We held hands and I have never experienced anyone convulse and shake like that just giving his life to Christ. He was reputed to be a Lord or something at that time.
Cultism is destroying lives every single day. It is one of the core reasons why Nigeria is exactly the way it is today.
I had an uncle. My dad's younger brother, he was quite notorious in the south west. The speed at which he died from the liver and kidney disease he had shocked everyone. I remember vividly past him a year before he died, I parked to say hello to him, he had just used the ATM. A patrol car was passing at the same time, the man was respectfully dressed but all I noticed was that the two soldiers came down and started harassing him. After about a few minutes they left him alone. When I got to him, he said he didn't even know what they wanted and why they where harassing him. To me, it seemed trouble was always locating him even when he tried his best to avoid it.
Say a RESOUNDING NO to cultism. Give an unequivocal YES to JESUS CHRIST.

Jesus is a fictitious character that never existed.
