An operative of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, Abia State command, has allegedly shot dead a motorist at the former toll gate, Umuikaa, on the Enugu –Port Harcourt expressway. Eyewitnesses told iBrandTV that the bus was loaded with rice and tomatoes while the driver whose identity was yet to be ascertained, wasn’t carrying any passenger.
