Site workers still get paid because they feed on daily hustle.

If na your company, you go pay your workers? Especially if them no come work?

That's illogical though some may grant salary advance. Others may just be kind if they have cash. Most companies are just surviving and close down of business means no more money flow.

May be govt workers, but private sector isn't that generous most times.
