Notice that McDonald's restaurants are local franchises... i.e. this restaurant is actually a Chinese business that licenses the McDonald's brand and processes. The only reason they are apologizing is that the US company HQ insisted.

What's sad is that Chinese society at large (and also the government), don't seem to think racial discrimination is wrong. There are still tens of thousands of Chinese companies that discriminate against Black (and other foreign) folks, which are not getting any media attention.

They'd be the first to complain loudly - like earlier when people of Asian descent were being shunned in US and Europe earlier in the year. Those countries however, don't turn a blind eye to discrimination, and put a stop to it.

And Nigerians keep worshipping the Chinese as well as other racial groups of people in Nigeria. In fact, most Nigerians are known to take sides with racist Asians, Indians, whites, Arabs in Nigeria and even abroad. They don't realize that no matter how much you kiss the behinds of other racial groups, they will never love nor respect you. No matter how much you degrade or bash your own race, other races can never respect you.

When I see self hating, inferiority stricken Nigerian coons always singing the praises of the whites and Chinese and Arabs, I just shake my head in utter disappointment. what you wrote here makes no sense. Don't mind that people liked it, a country that has more than one billion citizens and still fewer poor people than many third world countries has gone far. If China will self destruct what will happen to countries like Nigeria, where electricity production and distribution is still a dream not to talk of basic human amenities. If China self destruct now you will be happy not considering the fact that at least 50% of infrastructural projects all over Africa are either funded or being undertaken by the Chinese. "A country that man is god" sounds like what a person with a self bloated sense of morality will say. You feel like because people on this side of the planet have plenty religious symbols they are some how better than every other person. When you scroll through front page you will see news of where people in military uniform killed and maimed individuals and families in a part of the country and guess what they got or have gotten away with it.
China doesn't rule the world. But they may eventually. Right now they are a far cry from what many 3rd world countries are. If they start rulling the world today what will Africans do?
