On pes 19 I used 4-2-4 with any team I choose to play with but now I used the same formation above and 4-3-3 in pes 2020.

I Mean If your opponent does that,and he uses a target man cf.bro you will picked easily.

opponent will win the ball,spam L1 + O,long ball directly to the farthest man,usually the cf(if he is a target man) he will control the ball or pass to the amf.your other defenders can't help without risking it big as they are being man marked by the opponent's wingers.

Man marking is really easy,basically you select a player or players to mark a person or several persons.
the only disadvantage is that the person you are man marking may drift to another position,forcing your player to drift to that position to mark the player.

i like to play tiki taka but i only do most of my tiki taka is only in my halve. The moment am in opponent's halve , i use a lot of player runs only with my forwards to make a quick counter attacks in order not to get it by counter attacks. They will constantly pressurize my of opponent defence
i also leave at least 4-5 players at the back in order to delay my opponent when he is on counter

Then,you still have a lot to learn in tikitaka,let me give you one tip.
make sure your players are always connected as a triangle anytime they are with the ball, tiki taka becomes easier that way.
