She knows something she's not telling you.

bank can't just arrest without calling the owner of the account, and since your sister is not aware she is kind of safe.
your sister should request for her bank statement maybe her account is been used for fraud by someone close to her and the person delete the messages ...
You need to visit the police station to meet the DPO to settle things amicably if he is not corrupt .

then most definitely someone used her account and deleted the alert.

The bank will still trace the transfer... They must have been on her trail for 5 days or less.

Remember the country is under lockdown
But the question still remains, "who would have known her password to initiate a transfer"? A brother or boyfriend"?

Like seriously I'm confused, I called her now and she said she didn't give anyone her atm....d worst part d bank didn't even tell her what happened until she got to police station......We are from Ondo State and d case was said to happen in Edo State..... Seem they say they want to transfer d case to Edo State now

Tell her to kindly request for statement of account and also if you are sure she hasn't played any game with someone,you can tweet about this and tag some financial institution like CBN and also tag Nigeria police and other regulatory bodies.
