To be fair, it’s shipping with the most powerful mobile chipset in the market, and will have guaranteed updates for the next 4 or 5 years. You won’t get that with any $399 Android phone.

It makes no sense to me. SE has some limited functions and the processor is not that fast like the latest iPhones. I would rather use $400 to buy 1st class foreign used/refurbished iPhone X or iPhone XS 64gb.

This new SE is fast like the new iPhones. It uses the same A13 bionic chip.
