The focus of this article revolves around a recent drama on twitter.

A group of boys alledgely used generated credit cards to buy mega bundles of 110gb for 20k from Airtel App. Many purchased bulk airtime, some had 900k+ airtime on their lines, while most had 700gb data.

These guys proceeded to selling data/airtime without many noticing what was going on. They put up the price list, selling five thousand naira airtime for four thousand naira, and eight thousand naira airtime for five thousand naira.

Some of them were selling 12gb at the rate of

#1,500.

It seems the guys refused to tell others how they got so much cheap airtime and data to sell...... Else, what other better explanation is there that fits this scenario?

Anyway, a certain (@Makavelilukman) on twitter decided to report them to Airtel Nigeria. This prompted a lot of angry reactions from people who were probably into the cheating business.
