No doubt I have passion for evangelism but my pastor has advised me against it as it brings everything controversial for all the moves I have made towards it, even online is not left out.

Pastors in the house, do you think I should give up this passion? Am I going against God's passion in me if I stop?

Don't waste your time with the so called GOSPEL.

Go and do great things for yourself , otherwise 5 years down the line you will be regretting that you wasted your time with this BS.

Get a good education, start a business ,travel and then settle down etc.

Soul winning is the duty of every Christians, not just evangelists.
When evangelizing make sure you pray very well, for the souls you are meeting.
As a single Lady, you can evangelise to females, teenagers, and if you want to evangelize to guys that are your mate or u are older than, use wisdom, pray for them mostly, tell them about Christ, as soon as you meet them, so as not to lead them on, no unnecessary visitations in the house, do more of praying for them sha.
Evangelism is wonderful, and it is tried to your upliftment and breakthrough in life.

In christendom, the preaching work has been delegated to a small paid clergy class. However, every true christian must preach the good news to all sort of people just as Jesus commanded. Matt. 28:19,20. Isa. 52:7. And if this activity is well organised just like in Jesus' day, such problem can be avoided. Luke 10:1. You also want to give attention to your dress and grooming. Appropiate and modest clothing are suitable, befitting of the message you declare to the people you meet.

One time some boys in the hood saw a Ghanaian from a Baptist church over here, she was very shaped and she loved to preach one on one, sadly they deceived her like they were listening, they followed her to church the next Sunday but did not go for the next one month.

She went to visit them, and they gave her a simple chilled Coca-Cola and when she drank it she went unconscious, only to wake up covered with speerrrm and naked on a bed after the six guys had wrecked havoc on her.... They had everything on tape and threatened to expose her if she did not obey them. She was too scared, she ran back to Africa and never returned.

Right now I hear she is in Ghana Adult film industry. That encounter gave her a downsyndrome child. But she ain't a Christian no more.

So sis, never go alone. They may be planning for you. Pls be prayerful and watch you back. Also get pepper spray.

I personally go only with church group, it's safer and wiser. It is high school over here I go to speak to teenage girls so they can behave better.

It's simple, go in twos or three. If you feel uncomfortable about a place or person in your spirit, avoid it. Always look inwards for guidance. But not to do your God given assignment cos of fear of death or molestation, means the devil already has you where he wants. So fear not and be led by the Spirit!
People have been persecuted and died for the gospel sake. Be encouraged!

Jesus sent out His disciples to preach in twos even though they were all male.

There is wisdom in that. You should not go out evangelizing alone. Better do that with a male Christian.

Temptations will never stop coming, you should also brace yourself up not to fall. The devil is not happy you are evangelizing, and like the roaring lion, he is seeking to devour you. You must therefore stand in prayers and holiness, and also watch.

There is no reward in giving up on evengelising, it is a mandate we all have.

My sister all that matters is that, at the end of it all, you will stand before God and give account. You will have to give account why you didn’t do his work(mark 16:15-18). Remain blessed.

wisdom is profitable for direction. Evangelize to young school students, make females your priority. You can always go to with a female friend or your own brother... Morever your ministry might become more proved when you get marry, ask God to lead you and take it easy, endeavor to do the work rightly and don't forget to make use of social media, you might consider marry some1 that has a calling like yours to ease things because two heads is better than one! And don't forget to have a prayer partner, one that understands your mission.. Bless you!

You can source for someone preferably a female who is interested in same cause to join you. So it won't be only you alone.

You can spice it up by buying bons and mineral after each evangelism to encourage the other person because its your passion so you need to push it for you to feel fulfilled in life.

In 1Timothy 2:9, we read that "women should adorn themselves in “modest apparel.” In the Greek, the word for modest is the word katastolh (katastole), and it means a long flowing garment. Kata means down – a garment flowing down; and Stole – a long garment, covering or wrapping....so in 1Timothy 2:9, women are told to adorn themselves in a long flowing garment, not a short, tight garment. That is what modest is, long and flowing. Trousers do not flow and trousers draw attention to the women’s figure.
So if you wear a pair of trousers, or even a tight skirt or tight gown, it shows the figure and it is not modest, because it doesn’t flow.
