Hello friends, I need your help with this issue .. I'm the type that likes working out a lot, coz it makes me feel and look good & I'm quite addicted to it. But the problem now is that, I can't really do a full body workout without experiencing lower back pain, I need to develop a good stamina, but whenever I engage in a little leg workout, I usually end up with severe waist pain.. I think it may be due to the fact that I have a little Pile (haemorrhoid). I don't think I can totally cure this Pile but what I need now is how to live a normal life.. please! How can I do leg workout without developing lower back pain

Since I don't know what work outs you do, there is a possibility that you have weak glutes.. If one all the back, glutes, hamstrings are not in sync one could be over compensating for the other. 1 Like |

Post your routine here let me scan through and select the exercises you should eliminate. To strengthen your lower back I will recommend stretching after workouts. Do a lot of them because they’ll relieve the pressure your tight muscles place on your joints. Do push-ups with a wide stance in your legs. I noticed recently those target the lower back muscles. Finally, add pull-ups to your routine. Those strengthen all the muscles of your back. Toe touches don’t hurt. Do many variations of those. 1 Like |

bammo: Ensure you maintain good posture while doing squats, also do some deadlifts and super man exercise to relieve the pain on your lowerback.(watch youtube videos to learn how to do them if you don't know how to). Just like someone here advised make sure to do a lot of stretches after your workouts. Lastly if your pile has been consistent/recurring i advise you seek medical attention as it may be an indication of some underlying health issues. More power! 1 Like |

It can't be due to weak glues or hamstring.since squat strengthens the muscles aforementioned especially if you place your quadriceps muscles in 90 degree turing squat. Here is the thing,if it's not pile, try to do a lower back static stretch and get a sport massage önce or twice every week. Cheers. |
Re: HELP: I Always Feel Lower Back Pain After Workout by scoundrel(f): 7:09pm On Apr 21, 2020 |
bammo:The culprit is likely the squats then. I will recommend you do air squats (squats without a weight attached), aiming for triple numbered total reps and pull-ups with a hold at the top. Two weeks from now you can go back to weighted squats because those moves, the stretching and wide legged pushups will strengthen your lower back enough to resume. 2 Likes |

bammo: Try starting with activating your glutes first, before working out. Glute bridges, single leg deadlifts. What I do in between deadlifts is kettle bell swings. That helps with glutes. 2 Likes |

Re: HELP: I Always Feel Lower Back Pain After Workout by bammo: 10:12pm On May 13, 2020 |
scoundrel:I'm taking it easy for now, I'm simply doing the Superman exercise, free squats, reverse abdominal curls, straight-leg kick backs. They are all very effective for lower back pain relief, I do each of these exercises everyday including push-ups and I feel great . I won't be in a hurry to start using weights (I'm not really ready for the risk) but I intend to add jugging to my list too. |
