You don't even know what you are saying. Why refer to non commissioned officers as recruits? That means you will also call a commissioned officer a cadet right?

Non commissioned officers are military personnel who enlisted into the Armed Forces of Nigeria (army. Navy and airforce) with OLevel/ND/NCE academic qualifications,
while Commissioned officers are personnel who joined the Armed Forces with BSc/HND academic qualifications through the Nigerian defence academy or short service commission.

Warrant Officer Cadre. (WO 2 & WO 1). Warrant Officers rank above NCOs or enlisted men but rank below the Commissioned Officer Corps. ie btw a Staff sergeant and a 2nd Lt. The Naval equivalent is a Midshipman (British) or Petty officer or Master Chief in the US Navy.
