South East dont depends much on government,, only the area of roads,airports,seaport,and power, and good governance. South east provide their own , hospital, school, security, etc. But other regions depend on government that is why this small lockdown look at want is happening there.

Three out of four are APC governors which means that the 2 from SS 2 from SE and 1 from APC that means they are Five not four. Which figure do we believe, however if we are to suggest the states going by minister figure it means Edo, Imo, Niger and Abia, the first three are APC while the last is PDP
