Sheun, do your thing...This needs to go to front page please. If you don't get inform, you would be deformed
exactly, information is definitely power, we didn't even involves local government chairmen as most of them will want yo hijack the list, one was wondering how we were able to enroll multitude of beneficiaries in his local government without his knowledge.... It's purely community base

Nepotism will definitely be involved
in as much as I might agree with you, the credibility of the program cannot be in doubt, osinbajo made it look almost impossible to fix anonymous names

op you call this country one Nigeria but when it comes to something that should reflect the oneness of Nigeria it becomes north Nigeria. why must everything start and ends in the north? the program started since with only seven states from the north and just because of this covid19 outburst you remember to include other states. every citizen of this country deserves some Level trust and care from this country at the moment and not that bulcrap you calling selection.

Op I am not among those asking how it was selected because I have listened severally to the managers talk about it.

However, it's a poor process which could be pardoned in the first year of two of this administration, and not after six years.

What has actually prevented the government from having a scientific database of these beneficiaries? A data base open to all Nigerians to scrutinize.

I'm from Imo and from a family of politically exposed persons and not once have they seen or know anyone benefitting from this. So please tell me who you are paying to or are there no poor in Imo?

Even the pictures you posted are from northern backgrounds so let them enjoy our collective sweat alone, no P.
Imo state is captured and as a November last year we started paying in Imo, if you in Imo, kindly go to any local government office and ask of the conditional cash transfer office, ask of the desk officer and every information you need will be given to you, of not for security reasons, you could as well state your local government, Ward and community, and I will give you the list here and now.... Mind you, it was designed in a firm that no single politician know about it, even rep members, senators and local government chairmen

I don't quite agree with you, the first state we started with was ekiti, I understand that most northern States are included but it was basically because we started from rural, if you read through my submission I stated it there on how it was divided into rural and urban

Oga, this kind thing has never happened in my side. you people know where you capture and pay people, definitely not in my state. God will judge all of you, unless there is no God. You even said that if one has a BVN he is not among the poor. So having an account and a bvn is now our undoing? someone who has not been going to work for over a month, how do l survive? it's well, the worst na die, they no dey die twice. only once and after that, judgment.......
no one of us will die insha Allah, please where's your state?

I didn't say those with BVN aren't poor, I only explained how we Identify the poorest of the poor in the NSR

Sincere question. Not too sound tribalistic too. Why is it majorly people up the map that are enjoying this? Also with the situation on ground, even the middle class can be categorized as poor now so the thing should not be one sided. I have not heard of this stuff in and neither in rivers or delta.
we started in Ekiti, presently delta is fully captured......

One of the managers was confronted on TV to share the identity of these beneficiaries, the lady in question claimed it was against the law setting up the scheme to publish names of beneficiaries for public consumption.

But these same, just like op would share videos and pictures of the payment online, exposing the faces of the few beneficiaries they are paying
the minister is new to it as we were formally domicile in vice president office, we can present lists, pictures, videos as far as its for verifications or authenticity of the CCT

why must it be mostly northern states? where is the principal of equity and balance? are there not rural areas in both south and east? what is it with clear nepotism in almost every program of this govt?

In my first post, I asked why the government still don't have a scientific database of beneficiaries accessible to Nigerians?

Why the occult secrecy of the data of those you pay with my money?

Good day Nairalanders,

I have read almost every single thread on conditional cash transfer to beneficiaries in this forum and the heart breaking response from Nairaland.

I work there, yes'' and most at times I will feel like replying comments by quoting individual but how many can I quotes, how do I say it and I won't be tag an APC BMC crew, no one seems to even believe it exist.

I'm an old time user here and I feel there would be no need to open a new moniker to hide any identity. It is disheartening that before now we avoided media, so basically most of you won't know it exists. '' If you are not Informed, you will be deform''.

So I will be given you guys A to Z of the process of conditional cash transfer across the states, with pictures and even video, you are free to ask sensible questions, and you could as well submit your informations like state, local government, Ward, community and I will try to provide the list for your community, who knows, your mum, aunties, uncles, grand parents maybe on the list... So let's go.

I'm not Yoruba, am from kogi state and I can beat my chest that if Osinbajo is allowed to rule this country, the positive changes will be so glaring, taking a cue on how NSIP fare under his leadership, npower and conditional cash transfer '' CCT''

We have an estimated 200 million Nigerians with about 40 million having BVN, that's about 20 percent of the total population, assuming we have 80 million kids and teens who are not old to have accounts numbers and BVN, we will be left with another 80 million, this are mostly rural dwellers with BVN, banks and access to Internet. This are the real poor and vulnerable households.

This is still sham

we can't verify that entire poorest of the poor people truly get these palliative. It's very easy to gather few hundreds of thousands of people somewhere and call any figure you like.

Why can't be something like food bank across the country during this period just like we have in advdnaced countries yet federal government keep taking money from us by force through unnecessary tax. Do you know value of 50naira 10ttimes a day from 1millon bank account?

see, don't let me vent my anger on you because I'm not moved by this thread.

common free electricity they promised ended up being audio, mind you I can't enjoy it anyway because I use prepaid metre and the value I have on it can last me till the next 5-6months(not exaggerating).

I don't blame op for his limited knowledge, I blame the elders in the land who refuse to speak the TRUTH at all times, deception is the order of the day. It is a big fraud moving cash to a location and be sharing it. What stop this people from going to the nearest commercial bank, Microfinance Bank etc and be captured on BVN. I don't know why policy will always be circumvented and no consequence for the action.
