Go and buy medicine for pile.

Get a locally made yoghurt drink with every meal.....it aids digestion a lot.

It is not pile, it happens once in while when you eat starchy foods alot without drinking enough water, or when when your small intestine is weak to push out well . eating oranges will help and eating fiber foods .

I wanna say three things...

First of all if you drink alcohol and soft drinks a lot, stop it immediately because na express you dey go (kidney problem)

Secondly if you don’t drink water a lot (another express, maybe third mainland bridge for night)

Lastly go for thorough checkup relating to your kidney. That’s sign of kidney infection. (Arik airway na you wan enter this time around if it turns you have kidney issue)

Bros your shit don strong, go take lots of oranges, cucumber and vegetable soup and it'll soften
