The global death toll in the novel coronavirus pandemic soared past the grim 200,000 milestone on Sunday, as the World Health Organization warned against “immunity passports” for recovered patients, seen as a possible tool for countries preparing to re-open their economies. So how is the Vaccine expected to work when a full infection can't create enough antibodies to stall reinfection so hows a docile vaccine strain of infection expected to guarantee that ? 81 Likes 6 Shares |

Hopefully we all stay safe and take this thing seriously. Is not only here in Nigeria people have downplayed the severity of this virus, it is everywhere..... People think it's a joke until it hits them. Don't wait till you catch the virus before you do the right thing..... Try and maintain social distance and avoid touching doorknobs, railings and physical contact. 10 Likes

Lol As long as WHO is concerned, nothing is going to work except a vaccine If a survivor can't get enough antibodies to protect himself, then a vaccinated person won't get enough antibodies as well. 45 Likes 2 Shares |

Coronavirus has reached a milestone of 200,000 deaths, that is to say, Coronavirus has killed 200,000 people in just 4 months, reached 210 countries and infected about 3 million and counting. Even AIDS doesn't kill this fast. And yet some people think the deadliness of this virus is being exaggerated, that it is just a common flu, mtchwwwwww can you imagine that kind of rubbish thinking. And this is also the virus the Nigerian government is joking around with? Underestimate this virus at your own peril! 21 Likes 1 Share |

There has been at least 8 strains of COVID-19 identified so far. What I think the WHO is saying is that if you get infected by one strain of Covid-19 you might become immune to that particular strain but still remain susceptible to other strains after recovering. Also, antibodies have been found in some recovered patients but they are not enough to prevent reinfection. This virus is more dangerous than we think folks. We are in for a really long ride. 7 Likes
