Effective 20th feb.2020, NERC directed that energy consumption billing should be capped at a rate approved for business unit under DISCOs.
For instance, a resident of ketu which is under shomolu business unit with tarrif code R2TP was approved to be 321 at the rate of 21.8kwh. (321*21.8+7.5VAT).=7,522.8(monthly bill)
I received March 2020 energy bill and observed blatant disregard to [img]NERC[/img][img][/img][quote][/quote]directives on energy capping. I received unjustifiable bill of N11,717. I registered my complaint with NERC through their website.

The worst is that Ikeja electric don't even give light to people paying bill.

Ikeja electric Lagos is the worst company.

Even after boasting that they installed new 33KV line, their performance has been abysmal.


In all, SHAME TO MR. RAJI BABATUNDE FASHOLA the minister that generates darkness instead of power.
