I'm sorry but I have this same laptop and I encountered a problem recently. I saw you advertised that it plays most of the games at high definition. Recently, the PES 2019 stopped recognizing my Processor despite been corei7 and 2.6ghz but it ticks every other thing good including vram and as a result drags badly during game play.

Do you have any recommendations or solutions to fix or if u had encountered such problem with your laptop or other brands in the past?

Please I said it started recently so buyers, don't think the laptop it's faulty.
It's actually one of the cheapest laptops in terms of maintenance for such specs.

Have not encounter any such problem before, maybe it's software problem and have been using this laptop over 6 month now, can you show video of the problem

What's the screen resolution? is it 1600*900, 1366*768, 1920*1080. Does it have backlight keyboard?
