I am going through hard and difficult times. I can't help it anymore.

Before you decide to throw in the towel, i want to tell you something....
As long as you have a beating heart, properly functioning body parts, never give up, you'll pull through..
Suicide is never the answer, you situation can't be all negative, look at your life pick out the positive things there, however little it may seem still outweighs the negatives, that positivity right there is worth living for...

Well the first cause of depression is feeling guilty, so let all guilt go and your free. Jesus Christ in you the hope of glory. So why be depressed.

Too many life challenges, my sister. I am unfulfilled and in lack and pain. Going through overwhelming life challenges

Your the one causing it. Read your words, and you'll know where the suffering is coming from. When you do know. Change your thought and change your life.

Check my thread, I have even prepared everything I needed to take my life but some nairalanders talked to me then I searched my inner being and saw thousands of reason to live.
You need to stay alive so you can shame this post you've created sometimes in the near future. Stay alive and believe me, someday soon, you will laugh at this topic and say, how can I be so stupid to even think of suicide!!
You are a champion, you are a born winner so keep fighting, keep up keeping on and the Lord will be your strength.
He is our strength in the face of adversity and weakness.
