Have you considered the logistics cost of the needless back n forth which would have been completely avoided if federal agencies like NAFDAC, Customs and the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs had deployed basic due diligence by confirming the status of said rice before distribution? Let's not go into the wide window of theft n corruption this opens!

I can smell bitterness in your comment, well wash your face very well when going through the internet, even nairaland published 1800bags of rice in Oyo and Osun state of which more than 85% have expired and some others bad.

I want to ask, is it this type of rice that was distributed in the north? When Oyo state governor said he was returning the 1800 nags of expired rice they said it was PDP politics, how about Osun governor who is APC who is set to return more then 80% of the rice?

The 10billion that was released in Lagos, is it for palliative measures? Or fight against covid 19? My friend just keep shut if you don't have anything to say, a hungry man they say is an angry man.

Fake government that asked us to be ingenious by producing and consuming our own goods, but preferred to distribute expired seized rice from the borders to its citizens as palliatives.
