GUITAR DESCRIPTIONS AND MAINTENANCE
Hello Friend Welcome to the first tutorial on how to play guitar and today we are going to talk about your Guitar description and maintenance. To get all the tutorials click Here To be a real guitarist you have to be able to describe your instrument cos you can't just be playing an instrument without knowing each part of your instrument.. Now take your guitar and be following me as am explaining... 1. Headstock: Check at the top of your guitar this is where all the strings ends and where all the pegs are(that you used to tune your guitar). 2. Tunes/Tuning Pegs/Machine Heads: Check your guitar headstock this is where all steel or bit are,you twist it in other to tune your guitar and to low or high the pitch(sound) of your guitar. 3.Nut: Still on the headstock the nut is located, this is where the strings run through it is either metals, wood or plastic. 4.Neck: Now leave the headstock and check that long thin that you grip with your left hand,so that you can press down the strings and that's what we called Neck. 5.Fingerboard/Fretboard: This is where all the fret the frets lay on your guitar. 6.Fret: These are the raised bit of metal that gives gap on your fretboard. 6.Body: This is a big curvy bit of a guitar which rest against your body when playing. 7.Bridge: Now check on the body of your guitar there lay your bridge is the bit that support the strings as they travel over the guitar body. OK,Friend There are many parts of guitar but these are the basic you have to know to get you started... So can you identify and name those part now? That's good.
MAINTENANCE OF GUITAR As the each part of human body requires different maintainance so also guitar too, Right from the Head-stock to the lower body of guitar need thoroughly maintenance,So let me give you some tips to keep make your guitar last longer. 1.Never allow water to touch it. 2.Always put it in its strap or bag to reduce dust 3.Never give unprofessional to play with it. 4.Loose the strings if you the guitar will not be played for a very long time. 5.Weather and Humidity can cause damages to your guitar body,So always keep it in a cool and dry places.

<b>HOW TO PLAY MAJOR SCALE ON GUITAR</b>

Hello Friend, Welcome to the Second Tutorial of How to play
guitar and today we have to cover Major scale on Guitar.
If you have missed any tutorials check it here... I suggest
you use a week on each tutorials for better understanding..
Now before we start our tutorial for today,we have to tune
our Guitar,So Check how to your guitar by yourself below
3 Easy Methods To Tune Your Guitar
Now let's dive into the tut..
We have 7 notes in music which are A B C D E F G ..... d r m
f s l t respectively they are the same thing A means d , B
means r while C means what? m! D means f , E means s , F
means l ,G means t .. You got it right and so on now count it
they are how many?Seven!Yea those are the seven major
scale in music..Any Music,Any instrument contains this...
Without all these notes there won't be what you listening to
as music today.
Now let's move on,You will notice you see they are seven i.e
d r m f s l t yes they are seven but if you want to complete
the scale we have to make it eight d r m f s l t d which is
called octave which is high pitch.
Now let's play this major scale on our guitar...
Do you know your Frets? Yes that gap on your fretboard
Now by now I assume your guitar must be tune if not check
how to tune any guitar here easy..
Now let's move to c note on our guitar to play c major scale
it means we on key c i.e making our c as d.. Now let me
show you how to move to Key c on your guitar..
From headstock that is from the neck of your guitar and
your third string count five gap towards the body and when
you reach the five gap stop press and play it..Gbam! That's
your d which is our C Note(C D E F G A B C) i.e your C as d,
your D as r,your E as m,your F as f,your G as s,your A as
l,your B as t and your C as d again.
Now let's move to r, But wait! Before we do that let me
quickly show you something in music we have what we
called Tone and Semitone now let me explain them one by
one..
TONE: when you jump a gap(fret) from one note to another
e.g jumping a gap from d | | r that is Tone.
SEMITONE:When you don't have to jump any gap,you just
move your hand to another gap e.g m to f.
Now let's move to r you move a tone from d to r i.e you
jump a gap from d to r,now let's play m to play m move to
second strings of your guitar and play the 5th fret i.e the one
under the d that we just played in the 3rd string, then to play
f you move semitone that is you don't have to jump any gap
and to play s you have to move a tone that is you have to
move a gap from f to s and to play l leave the 2nd string and
move to 1st string play the 5th fret too that is the one under
the m that we just played in 2nd string and to play t jump a
gap from l to t and to play d move a semitone i.e don't jump
any gap just move your hand to the fret beside it. And
GBAM! Friend you just play your first scale d r m f s l t
d.Read this tutorial again till you get it.
.
N.B:Don't rush practice it slowly till you get with time your
speed will increase you won't even know.

Wow, thank you so much for sharing ! This is really cool, I really like it very much. I always wanted to become a good guitar player, and I think that it's possible now thank to your guides. I have already started learning, and I think that I am doing quite well. I have bought a new guitar and chorus pedals from HappyNewGuitarDay.com, because they are providing the most qualitative guitars and accessories for them. I hope that one day I will learn to play on guitar, I am really trying my best.
