Thank God you know that both GEJ and Buhari are clueless. For me, Nigeria is on a downward trend. Obasanjo's administration is better than Yaradua's administration. Yaradua's administration is better than GEJ's administration. GEJ's administration is better than Buhari's administration. Buhari's administration will be better than the next administration. The trend will continue, until we split.

grin this apc govt na borrow borrow govt oo. The Buhari regime has been borrowing loans from international bodies or govts right from its inception in 2015. The govt has secured more loans in 5 years more than the 16 years of pdp administration combined. And you wonder what's the impact of the loans on our infrastructure, health and education sectors. Nothing to show for.

Later now, they will soon approach China for another loans, and we wonder why China keeps treating our citizens badly over there. Our leaders are visioness, they can't think outside of the box. Shm undecided

Is there a week these people are not taking loan?

If it's no IMF, it's China.

Zambia is currently a China colony. Nigeria is heading the same direction.

And to think that the major fundings of IMF and world banks comes from rich countries like US, Germany, Japan and Netherlands. No African country send fund into IMF or world bank, and you expect Africans to be treated d same as these whites, its never gonna hppn. Until Africans wake up and take d bull by d horn to tàckle its challenges heads on without looking up for the whites for aid, that's when we can start talking of equality. But before then let d whites continue exploiting Us.

I hope this does not lead to an external debt crisis in the future, since the 90s ,we have experienced a decline in our industrial output and our export performance has not been encouraging, as a continent Africa has the largest number of mineral resources, and africa also has a huge population as 70 % of her population is below the age of 40. But with all of these advantage most African nations still depend on loan and aid to survive or to even make a meaningful budget,The annual income of Google is more than the total income of all west African nations combined,if Nigeria is truly the giant of Africa then the hope of Africa is really bleak .we have develop our human capital, intellectually and our values has to be realigned,The right values always creates value the previous Generation were Enslaved with chains, the next Generation should not be Enslaved with debts, it's time to think outside the box and to also live outside the box#God bless Nigeria#
Very aptly put, but I fear the window of change is becoming too narrow - Partly down to brain drain couple with the never ending assualt on intellectualism in Africa. I fear for the next generation in African and even more so for Blacks all over the world, as we'll keep being looked down on as long as Africa remains backward. Link and effect and all that.

GEJ was a clueless leader just like Buhari, increasing the minimum wage in 2011 from N7500 to N18000, only to start borrowing morning to pay government workers. They both retained oil subsidies at the expense of investing in infrastructures.

The way imf was warning Nigeria about too much debt few months ago, you will think they really care and will never approve one for us.

However, they were only pained that Nigeria and Africa is turning to China instead of remaining imf slave forever. You will see how their narrative rhetoric will change digitally

I only hope punch - PDP and their Ipob miscreants will be happy now when the Taskmaster imf come up with usual conditionalities meant impoverished Africa
What are u even saying. Why approach IMF for loans in the first place. Hw many times did pdp or obasanjo approached IMF for loans, you zombies just like to defend clueless apc regime. Let's d IMF continue to impoverish Africa I support it. Africa is a very lazy continent always looking for help and playing victim card. Until we wake up to our responsibility and tackle our problems heads on, Africa will continue to be European puppets. undecided

I have not seen the judicious use of past loans.Nigeria is owing trillions dollars of loan. What did the politicians use those loans for?Now the IMF will want the politicians to devalue the naira which will make $1 equal #1000.
