My dear, we also had a lot questions about Christine Blasey Ford's accusations against kavanaugh too. We shouted back then that it was important to give the accused the presumption of innocence until proven guilty but you liberals wouldn't listen, you kept shouting we must believe all women irrespective of the evidence provided. I can list 8 problems with Ford's accusations and her character just like you have done here but what would it matter if we are to apply your liberal standard of believe all women to it? I hope this will be a lesson to all liberals that opposition to Trump doesn't mean you should suspend the use of common sense. Next time you hear stupid slogans like we must believe all women, you should be smart enough to know that it's a wrong approach to this kinds of allegations. You can see how foolish all those who championed the slogan in 2018 are sounding now that their own candidate is the one accused. Lt. General Michael T. Flynn is an American Hero indeed, who served the US for almost 3 decades!

What is the genesis of the case?

Two years at Defence Intelligence Agency as its Director, Flynn was ousted (he clashed with Obama), then he retired from the US Army.

There after, he set up a private consulting firm and represented a number of foreign clients — including some with controversial ties in Turkey and Russia. Documents show that Flynn was paid $33,000 for a speech he delivered at the event, a celebratory dinner for Russia Times (RT) - a state-owned network. As a retired Army lieutenant general, he was required to get permission from the military to receive payments from a foreign government, and according to media reports, it's not clear whether he requested it and neither declared the payment.. This resulted in an ongoing investigation before he was tapped by Trump.

In 2016, Flynn began advising Trump, on security and intelligence issues. They seemed to be on the same page, both willing to explore the possibility of better relations with Moscow. Flynn on his part established a relationship with Russia's ambassador to the US Sergey Kislyak, during the presidential campaign.
