I think we need to start raising our voices till they stop this hanky-panky practice
I woke up this morning to see UBA charged me for Duty Stamp 3times in a month. That's total of #150. Something snapped in my head.

I have sent them "Mad and uncultured" mail with evidence of my screenshot debit alert. I threatened to go to all thier social media account with my proof.

Imagine...? #150 for this lockdown.

Below is my mail to them.

Dear UBA,

I'm writing with so much anger in my mind, why would I be charged #150 in one month for one duty stamp I don't know of. ?

Please, I just want my money to be revised back into my account within one week, or, I will go to all social media with my proof to show the public how your bank extort your innocent customers of their money.

Below, is a screenshot of my debit alert attached with this mail to show my proof. And my account name is (********)

Did they refund your money?

I just noticed access bank charged me twice for card maintenance this month.

Last month, they debited 1050 for card renewal without my consent.

These guys are crooks!

All this ranting and complaints on nairaland won't help. To get quick action write to their customer care and copy cbn and try as much as possible to avoid deleting your alerts or enable both sms and email alerts
