I don't think one should compare RX (an SUV) and Camry (a sedan), they are at different levels, engine wise, Rx is always V6 while the Camry has 4 plug variants(up to SE/XLE). I will suggest you worry less about fuel but about what you want in a car.

Just incase you decide to go for Camry, have got a nice 2012 SE, check my profile.

I bought mine 2012 SE for 3.950 last year December for Christmas. Though I and the importer agreed on 2014 SE for that price but he brought 2012 SE for me. I just manage it like that. Very clean, non accidental according to VIN check history.
