Hello.
What I spend on feeding is quite high if you convert it to naija currency.
I spend an average of €12.50 weekly in order to eat what I like to my full. Most of the grocery here is cheaper than Nigerian food, some are even equal like chicken, pork, rice, spag, breakfast cereals, bread, bread spreads and others. The key is to buy them in the right places. Tesco is closer to my house, I only go there to buy their Basmati rice if I feel like eating it, bread, chicken, lemonade and coke.


We are expected to pay your full fees before you resume classes.
I personally had like €500, they didnt allow me to start classes, but I would have been allowed if I met the department in charge and reasoned with them. Because I knew a Nigerian that had challenges paying hers, she hustled the remaining for like a month and was able to attend classes

Thanks man, I appreciate your encouragement. This is thread is to bring good folks like you to the beauty of the country. If the world continues the way it is. More people will flood Ireland, indians are already too much. Out of every 1 Nigerian that comes here, at least 20 indians are coming.
And these guys are gunning for the Global Hotcake critical courses.

Can you imagine in that a course like mine, we're just two Nigerians in a class of 30, me and another. I added them together because they're twins. Brothers n sisters, for them to study the same course, this shows the quality of information they got. Plus
The rest are Indians, lecturers too, Indians.
This has become a classic case we associate with benz, NIGERIANS AND OTHERS. LMAO

Even the few Nigerians that come here, they study all sort of courses that when they finish, theyll be competing with job with the Irish. Just so you know, the irish man is quite lazy, they work smarter. Why will they suffer themselves in IT when they know their government got them. They will never starve. Alot of them drop out of school with pride. They will tell you they dropped out. It doesnt make them less of a human being.
Theres no shame.

The Irishman studies courses that are easy, if it's hard, they japka, simple n short. If you come to this country to study the easy courses, you have a plan B. You can do that if youre like the typical hausa man. This is my observation here. And it's a good generalization tho. The typical hausa folks that come here dont stay, their folks are highly connected in Nigeria so theres no need to be hustling like us.
Once their done with studies here, they pack their bags and hop on the next flight to Nigeria others might make a detour to tourist destination and bag to Nigeria. They have a great government job or they carry on the family business.
These guys are the ballers here. They're not very plenty in Ireland. They love the UK

The plan B I mentioned is to hop on the next flight to the country that's easier to get citizenship, after exhausting your two years post study permit or by marriage. You use the two yrs to gain as much international experience as possible which will be beneficial.
Or no plan at all. Going back home to carry on the family business which is hunting monsters, -Supernatural. TV series.

This is why I take my time to reply the comments here, I didnt plan to type this long, see how long I've typed as the Gbedu don enter my body.

I have written alot about Bsc in Ireland vs Nigeria.

If you do it in Nigeria, its cheaper, higher chance you'll complete it, you'll be happier, imagine if you come abroad for your holidays. You taste best of both worlds, that's the kind of life I will want for my kid. There was always a difference between those kids that go for holiday abroad and us. I couldnt place my hand on it.
opportunity to Flex better and learn with Nigeria as a case study, this is important because you can know how to impact your nation positively in time to come.
Nothing like dropping out because you know if you dont finish it, Pertaining to master's abroad, YOU'RE FINISHED.

For the courses, IT is the way here, my course, Data Analytics isnt easy because I didnt learn SQL and R.
Its not too hard if I took a week to Learn them in Nigeria through YouTube.

Even care is booming, though you'll write qualification exams
Accounting is also juicy

For ladies that dont like stress with IT, this is confirmed with the doctors and nurses that have lost their lives. Care jobs are the way.
I have seen alot and the pay is huge.

If not because I'm sensitive to people in pain and all,
I for switch. I'll just stick to the safety of my laptop and enjoying the thrill of Playing God with Numbers
