The truth is that COVID doesn't need a vaccine since there are reliable cures around and within a year or two everyone would have built herd immunity which is more reliable than any vaccine

Africans will the vaccine they manufacture in Africa. If the Europeans or Americans produce a vaccine, it pertinent the test the vaccine in Europe or America.
