Arabiandude:Eze playing in the championship is better than Iwobi? That sounds funny. Why not try putting Iwobi into Eze's championship team and see if Eze can lace his (Iwobi's) boot. |

This pandemic is exposing Northern Nigeria’s poor governance. Kano is only the beginning, Just watch. |

andrewbaba44:Iwobi is good but Eze will beat him to the midfield role in shooting at goal. My problem with Eze is that he seems to me as lazy. I pray when he finally plays for SE, he won't be selecting matches to play like VicMo |

With all these players coming through, the NFF needs to have solid plans to ensure that solid Super Eagles is built. One of the plans should be to always maximize FIFA windows by playing 2 matches and not just 1 match during international breaks. Nigeria hardly play 2 matches during FIFA breaks. How can we know who is better between Collins and Aina if they are not tested severally? How can we peck our central defenders among Ekong, Omeruo, Balogun, Awaziem, and ajayi if we don't see the the best combination amongs them? In the absence of Ndidi who else has been tested in the DM position? Between Iheanacho and chukwueze who can best handle the right wing? While desser is new to the team and needs to be given some chances, we should also know that osimhen is not fully integrated into the team (he has just played few matches). 2 matches during FIFA breaks will guarantee each player at least 60 mins of game time, if shuffled appropriately. NFF should do more in terms of organising matches. |

AllforJesus7:Oga I said I prefer Eze with what I have seen of him...forget championship. Is Eze the only one in championship, why aren't others doing what eze has done in this same championship thus far since championship in all ramifications has to be below premiership? Na all players for premiership better pass all players for championship? Nor be the same championship Ighalo for come premiership and ended up scoring more than most premiership well known strickers? What about Ali that got to premiership directly from league one and did far better than most premiership midfielders? Premiership or championship, Iwobi tires out early in matches |

solonnachi:Iwobi is direct. Doesn't overdo or try to dribble too much like Eze. Iwobi is good for our style of quick counter-attacking play and he is much more technical than Eze. He can create a chance out of nothing. And..... Let's see how much of shots Eze will be able to muster when he starts playing for a top flight. |

andrewbaba44:Balance is important especially in defence. I know you no too like dey watch full game so I understand. Why did i say Ajayi has done anything wrong? I just said his pairing with Ekong is not balanced enough. As usual, you go ahead and make up ridiculous assumptions when someone counters your point. My "oyinbo wall"? When i praised Omeruo for his WC performance - shey he's "oyinbo" too? Balance matters. The day we find a better ball playing CB, one of Ekong and Ajayi will drop out of the starting 11. You think having 2 CBs, a full back and your DM not being comfortable on the ball is feasible long term?? |

solonnachi:the only advantage eze has over alex is goal scoring, aside the latter is a far better team player with more work rate. Eze is still young and with a move to the epl i believe that side of his game will improve |
| Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by edi287: 7:24pm On May 02, 2020 |
solonnachi:Rohr is probably not too bothered about Eze at the moment with the addition of Ejaria. Ejaria gives us more power and skill in the middle. With Iwobi, he can play outwide while we field a midfield 3 of Ndidi - Etebo - Aribo/Ejaria. Rohr would love that midfield. I'm starting to think that article about Rohr saying he prefers Ejaria over Eze might not be fake lol |

solonnachi:the only advantage eze has over alex is goal scoring, aside the latter is a far better team player with more work rate. Eze is still young and with a move to the epl i believe that saspect of his game will improve. Eze is a typical coutinho n jay jay type of player, moreso the role is almost going to extinct which is the reason players like coutinho, ozil and a few more others are over looked of late |

AllforJesus7:Have seen both play and with no disrespect eze is a huge goal treat buh i will pick ejaria any day any time. Ejaria even with his lanky frame is a warrior who doesnt shy away from tackles and a far better team player. Also he seem more versatile ie can be deployed from the flanks, as a number 8,10 or his natural position which is the CM position. Eze is more of a coutinho kind of player with poor work rate |
| Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by charlesemeka85(m): 7:37pm On May 02, 2020 |
edi287:yes but on the flank he is not the fastest and doesnt track back to help defensively. If i were to be rohr i can only risk starting him if the team is facing a lesser and more defensive opposition. Coaches of nowadays prefer AMs who also operate more like CMs which is the reason the likes of fenandes, de bryne, grealish etc are on high demand. AMs who can track back to defend as well as keep the middle tick and also bump forward when the need arises. Nowadays AM are more like box2box midfielders |

Arabiandude:Oga no need for the insults but i have seen him play over 10 times before the season came to a halt. Its not about physicality but the quality if the opposition he faces week in week out. Also mind you i never said he isnt good but just pointed out the area of his game that needs to improve if he wants to strive in the epl |
