This Ejaria...what does he bring to super eagles?

We seem to be collecting second class players and rejoicing. Though half bread is.....

Does he bring element of fear on opponents? Some teams then if they are playing against Okocha...hhhmmm.. Everywhere will be pulsating...opposition defenders will be receiving endless tutorials. I am not comparing Ejaria to Okocha but i think he is a low budget Iwobi. grin

Who is Ejaria? Football sometimes need this fear, I remember that time we use to play Cameroon with Milla,Mfede,Kunde,Bonaventure,Marc Vivien Foe...we normally lose to them due to fear. So there is nothing to excite about Ejaria...why is he not in First team....the guy is average please....his style of play lacks bravery and risk....he cannot even shoot...a midfielder ooooo...that cannot shoot....If he is a striker that cannot shoot but puts the ball in the net..thats ok..like PIPO INZAGHI...But a midfielder not shooting...is that not lack of confidence?

I am not against his coming to the team...may be.. may be... he may improve...but i am not really impressed with his addition..We remain an average team

My opinion...
Everyone starts from somewhere. What matters is the attributes he possess - not big name.
The likes of Maddison, Zaha, Vardy, etc started off at the championship or lower before they got to the level they are presently. Bet you would've turned your nose up at them because they don't "possess" fear factor?
Ejaria is talented and a modern day CM. Yes he can improve on his end product but he is fast, strong and extremely skillful.
He is definitely a solid addition and will prove that eventually.

Maduka Okoye :

"Fortuna (Dusseldorf) is my number one spot but I want to play. I have to get experience in first teams.

"I've discussed with Fortuna: maybe I'll go to the Dutch league on loan to play so I can get premier league experience in the Netherlands."

I hope he gets to join an Eredivisie club this summer, same with Uzoho.

We ain't keen on Lookman, he ain't gonna bring nothing different from what we have already and he isn't better than what we have already in SamKalu, SiMoses, Chiddy Ejuke, DennisBona and HenOnyekuru.

Modric and Isco were Madrid playmakers and with them they won 3 consecutive champions leagues.
Xavi, Iniesta and Messi were Barcelona playmakers and with them they won countless trophies,
These teams doesn't seems to do well anymore because they have relexed the playmaker roles.

Trust me, Liverpool of last 2 seasons till now would have been deadlier if coutinho was still in the team solely as a playmaker.

Which role has Fernandez been playing since he came to Man U and can you compare Man U of Fernandez playing as a playmaker and Man U when Fernandez has not arrived at the beginning of the season? So, playmakers are still very needed in today's football
sorry to jump in Bro , there is not a single AM among those players you mentioned. Yes , they playmake but they also combine many things (Dictating play, work rate) to their playmaking. And all these are what oga charles is pointing at.
I'm an arsenal fan, despite how excellent Ozil is, his lack of work rate (until recently) really overshadow his excellence. Till now , I still dey miss Sanchez all because of combination of things he is capable of at a time.
And LIVERPOOL WILL NOT BE DEADLIER WITH COUTINHO. Try watch Liverpool closely. Their fullbacks are the playmakers while their MFs cover them. Now the question is, will Phil feature excellently in such role?
forget sentiment bro, charlesemeka has a point.

Bro, I'm not eager for his switch at all..Ejuke and Henry are the real deal for now. Lookman should wait for The three lions.
I'm only looking forward to Saka 's switch. That kid is a gem.

he can tackle, score more goals, can make plenty assist for striker and wingers to score when needed in a high tension match and can dribble. What ovie can do better than him is dribble more and can cover the DM who are Aribo and Ndidi instead of going Attack or to score.I prefer Eze in the AM people count goals not dribble or covering DM in a match

After much deliberation I don't think any club bid 85 million for Osimhen, It is bizarre for any club to bid that amount in this Coronavirus climate. I think this is a ploy by Luis Campos to increase the bargaining level of Osimhen so that interested clubs will have to bid around that price
