He has been a wonderful person. A very intelligent and smart being.The defender and provider of our family.
He is a selfless and generous person but things are beginning to go south for him
He works in the private sector but there is rumbling in his organization (maybe due to corvid 19) and if he doesn't act fast, he will be left in the cold very soon( dropped)
It hurts me to see my senior bro in this situation as he has been a pillar to everyone. Things are in a terrible shape for him
He is 41 and have a small family.
What skills can you suggest for him to acquire so he can be self-reliant.

He is not very bucks-up now as he just finished burying our Dad....
Pls kindly suggest something he can learn.

Let him learn driving.

Getting driving jobs is easy and some can even be very attractive.

Or he can learn how to build houses and advertise himself to get good contracts. Estates are building fast everyday

It depends on his passion, interest and ability.....only him can figure that out. You are a wonderful younger brother, keep it up, and don't forget to pray for him because intercessory prayer of a concerned loved one goes a long way. Wish your family the best of God's favor, you guys will survive the storm okay
