Guy relax don't go no where

There's something very important that I want to discuss
I've noticed something over the years that I've spent in Nigeria , Lagos State to be precise

First of all I'm Ghanaian

Back then in 2016 I noticed something about a particular tribe called (Yoruba)
Their boys gbola no be moi moi
There was a day I was summoned everyone in my compound, due to personal hygiene , we did some little environmental sanitation
And one Yoruba boy came out with pant boxers , OMG , even me that my friends always say I got a big Gbola, my guy I see Gbola I shock , na that kind Gbola them they call (god forbid)

And the boy always calls me Bros because I'm older , since that day I told him never to call me Bros again , he should call me brother

And I've seen many of them like that , pls my question is this
What do they eat that enlarges their Gbola that much
Someone said it's the ewedu soup but I'm not very sure yet , pls I need answers , abusive words is allowed, I love to laugh always like ronaldinho
