Sadly, Nigerians love to reel off these stats usually for cheap partisan polemic instead of our investing in generating reliable data.

oga, the fact that people don't show off does not mean you are richer than them, states like Oyo, Osun, Ondo and Ekiti have very high number of wealthy individuals residing in those states but you guys keep using brown roofs to judge them, not all wealthy yoruba folks live or reside in Lagos, many just come to Lagos and go back to their bases, the high level of farming in the SW is another factor [especially the cocoa merchants in Osun and Ondo, its not only spare parts business or importation that makes millionaires or billionaires. If you talks about diaspora, living in osun for a while make me discover that there is a very high level of diaspora remittances to that state, I laughed when people doubt the economic indices of Osun state.

its only those who source their information online they can deceive, they are all over SW including my hometown in ijebu-ode and ondo town where my mother comes from. The igbos can't survive without the SW, let them come online to disprove this, they keep blaming others for their underdeveloped region as if others will abandon their region to go develop their place. Even in terms of their regional development, the SW remain a reference point for them to improve basic amenities in their land. In terms of future development, easterners are not very good pioneers, they can only copy what they see in existence somewhere else to try and catch up, reason they will continue to lag behind the SW and keep posting pictures online to massage their over inflated egos.

Why won't Igbos flood Southwest when Hausa-Fulanis and Yorubas use national politics to deny southeast states federal developments and instead cluster every federal infrastructural developmental projects in Lagos and Ogun since the end of civil war, so what do you expect when every organization have its head office in Lagos or Abuja, you expect south easterners to remain in the southeast to prove to dumbheads like you that southeast is a paradise while the Hausa-Fulani and Yoruba controlled federal government since the end of civil war intentionally marginalize and sideline southeast in federal developmental projects just to impoverish Igbos and undermine their region.

Igbos are smarter than you all.


If you want Igbos to return back to their region in droves, just allow Biafra to secede peacefully and watch Igbos pack their loads and flee from Southwest and North, even abandoning their landed properties for your lazy brothers to fight and take over as usual.


So long as Nigeria's federal government continues to marginalize and undermine southeast states when implementing national projects, expect more Igbos in Southwest and other regions and there is nothing u or anybody can do, u can only bark online, if u want to stop them allow Nigeria to divide and let them have their Biafra then you can order them out of your paradise region!!!
