Do this Instead: Click the PayPal button on Prolific with Vpn still connected and when it takes you to PayPal to Login disconnect Vpn and then Login and click "Allow" and immediately it takes you back to Prolific, turn your Vpn back on.
But bro does one need VPN to even create the PayPal account for prolific

Go to Settings > Account settings > Account access > Login with PayPal and delete Prolific access

You'll be able to adjust your time to even a minute.
