Hello everyone, please come to my guidance.

I am stuck at the 'request for medical exam' form on the study application page. I am not doing medical upfront.
So when I clicked on the form, i was able to download the form, and when I marked the 'yes' I want to complete a medical exam on the downloaded form. I received a prompt that I can't save the form with my response.

What will I upload back into the supporting documents for medical.
Please educate me

See the attached the Request for medical form (IMM5753e). To make things easier for you, I have marked YES for you, you can now download the form using your desktop/system and upload it in the required section.

It will end in praise

Please has anyone paid visa fee online in the past one week. I paid last week and the money was reversed to my account and it's not been going since then. Want to know if it's a general issue or my card or bank.

Try making use of GTB Naira Master card. It will go through.

Good morning everyone..

Wanna make some enquiry....

Has anyone used FLYWIRE to pay his/her tuition fee here?

Does it pay to use it (most esp. In terms of charges etc.)?

What are the Merits & Demerits?

And is there any other thing one need to know when using this flywire platform ?

Am asking all of this cos of the way Banks are flooded with lots of customers lately and are not even allowed to enter...

and I heard FLYWIRE is an alternative to FORM A method of paying tuition fee

Jz wanna know if its advisable to make use of FLY WIRE or NOT

Thanks...

Flywire corporation is an international payment facilitator that allows you to pay your Curtin tuition fees securely from overseas, often in your local currency.

Usually, payments arrive the school within 3 to 5 business days. The rate of flywire is also expensive when weighed with the currency conversion rate between Dollar $ and Naira N. More so, when using flywire you will be issued a unique payment reference I.D which looks like this REG6788999 and a five (5) days expiration date. Thus it is highly expected that your bank should carry out the international transaction/payment before the stipulated deadline of this reference number from flywire.

If you have a very trusted and reliable fellow in Canada it will pay you to use the person than using flywire and it will also be cheaper for you and cut over 30k - 50k in naira or more depending on the amount you intend to pay as your tuition to the school in Canada.

It will end in praises.

Can I use two sponsors? In case the two sponsors balance amount to at least$10,000, is it ideal?
Secondly, is the school fees included in 10k CAD or the balance is for living expenses alone? Thanks
U welcome

Yes u can use two sponsor, jz make sure they write a LETTER OF Sponsorship for u and Affidavit of Supports (at the Law court)............

Visit the link above, scroll down and look for a Sample Letter of Sponsorship

.. I will advice u throw this particular question to the forum, probably Someone can speak from experience or has an idea on this ( Can I use two sponsors? In case the two sponsors balance amount to at least$10,000, is it ideal?)

2) The tuition fee is not included in d 10K CAD, the 10kCAD is the minimum amount for living expenses alone

TRV processing time update 05/05/2020

We now have a sample of 3 hopeful. hoping to get more soon. Please if you have applied for a TRV, I would encourage you to share your timeline (which should include; the application date, application route, biometrics request date, date biometrics was done, medical request date, date medicals was done, date medicals was passed, and the current status). If you don't have all this information, you can just share the ones that you have and update the rest as you receive it.

This information would help us study or attempt to establish a pattern to how CIC operates.

We have made attempts to "calculate" processing times. (Please note that this is just an average based on the little sample we have. Your processing time may be faster or slower than the average). As we get more samples, I want to believe our calculations would be more "accurate".

Finally, If there is anything you think i should add to the data or calculate from the data, please share with me.

Am just starting to make a compilation and see how best I can fill in the shoes of our dear sister sillysassysally. Heard she is writing her exams now and we the house wish her all the very best.

Mr Frank, thank you so much. I downloaded the form and the response was marked. Thanks

However, I discovered that there was a question that caused this medical form to be part of my required form.

The question is, Have you visited or lived in any one of the designated countries for 6 consecutive months in the last year...
When I picked yes, there is need for that medical form
When I picked no, the form is not included.

I want to seek for your opinion please, what's the right option to pick.

I haven't travelled out of Nigeria before

@Frankrobbn1 and friends
Due to the fact that i havent receive any favourable reply from CIC regarding my application and my resumption is suppose to be May 18th and orientation was May4th,I had no option than to defer which i already did.

Now the bone of contention is this:
1.I am scared because i have to build another POF and the money will stay atleast 3Months in my bank account.

2.I can raise the living expense for 1year before september which is my new start date but i am sure i cant raise it until maybe july or august. So can i use one month SOA for the re-application ?

3.Do i need to ask them to defer till January because of the SOA as am self sponsor.

4.Yes i got bvl already no final decision yet but i am trying to have a backup plan.

help a brother !!!!!!

Naijaforeigner, good afternoon.
Please I have a few questions to ask, I intend doing my application myself instead of using an agent, which most people advise.
My first question is this;
1. I graduated with 2:2 Economics, in my Waec result, I dont have Economics but I have it in my Neco. Which of the results can I use for my PGD applicatio?

2. I have 2 schools in mind, Conestoga college for "Global Business Management" and Cambrain College for "International Business Management". Cambrain after study has 3 months work placement but Conestoga doesnt have. Which do you advise I go for?
Naijaforeigner

(1) It depends on the College. I think some colleges accept NECO. Not really an issue. Please contact the International office of your preferred school for confirmation.

(2) To the best of my Knowledge, both colleges are good.
Any program that gives you the option of work placement/ Internship/ Coop is always a good one. There is always the possibility of being retained if you impress your bosses.

p.s I think Cambrian college is 8 weeks placement for IGBC. Please double check.

I actually prefer at least 4 months work placement but 2/3 months is not bad as well.

Other things to note when choosing colleges are ease of securing jobs post graduation for students, location (which city is the campus located) and just incase, schools flexibility for tuition payment.

All the best.

Hello Taiwotosho22,

That will be considered as insufficient funds. Its best if you use a sponsor with a strong financial strength especially if the person isn't related to you. The tuition fees is excluded. Note that you are only required to show funds for the first year i.e. first semester or year and first year LE.

All the best
