If you are really planning to be a developer, you must learn to use Google first. I guess you have to google it first before asking for help. This will help you a lot in your programming career

They deal with the server side programming, database management and anything that isn't client side. It's less annoying than front end as I've heard, I hate HTML and CSS with my life.

My own problem is CSS . I've never really liked design, I'm not creative when it comes to design. But if there's a ui/ux design template to follow, then using CSS to implement will be easier.

Yes you can, but don't try it. Take the pain to learn HTML CSS and JavaScript (Vanilla). Then you can move on to python.

knowledge of HTML and CSS is highly recommended. You will definitely need to know the basics. Django will take care of the backend programming logic such as the user sign-in, webpage routing, database connection and the likes.

I will advise you to learn html and css even if it is their basics because you will need them when coding backend. You will have to check if your logic is working or not by that. As someone has suggested that you learn html, css and Javascript, that will be a better idea as it will give you more details about frontend dev as well. Welcome to the world of web dev.

Every programers MUST have knowledge of html, css and javascript, whether you want to concentrate more on backend and API integration later in the future.knowledge of those three frontend markup, styling and scripting is a necessity.
