NaijadrivaCars:That's how problem and sentiments start. But we can start with someone who is visionary enough to focus on the key aspects where Nigeria is lacking.... someone who is bold and courageous enough to identify Nigeria problem, draw it out and focus on the development of right solution... most importantly, while not minding those who might take his gratitude when voted out, but really passionate about constructive continuity borne out of un -selfish interest. 4 Likes |

OgundeleTeju: He can't be president after being VP for 8 years. He isn't the only one in the South West. |

The South East should have produced the next president come 2023. But honestly I don't see that happening with the way things are. I see Tinubu becoming president in 2023. |

This need no argument, South West is having a visionary, focused, God fearing, honest and hardworking candidate ready, ask me who? Prof Yemi Osinbajo. |

We should talk about capable hands who are willing to influence positive changes in the Country and forget about what region should produce the President. |

lukui: you are quite correct about this , because by 2023 Nigeria would be so overloaded with debts accumulated by the APC government of Buhari that Nigeria would be busy paying off debt , living off bailouts and handouts. So it is better the igbos just focus on their eastern economy and achieving biafra , they will either end up achieving one or achieving both, but trust me on this , Nigeria is gone like soviet union , the Era of on stupidly big giant of Africa, big for nothing nation i gone for ever. i dont see Nigeria coming up strong either militarily or economically. If power is coming down to the South then the SW has no business producing the next president, they have had their 8 years with Obasanjo in this dispensation. Power should either go to the SS, to enable them complete their 8 years, or go to the SE, who have not had it at all. |

Shooyie: Not possible, Nigeria is not that united to talk about 'capable hands'. The Presidency is all about tribe and political relevancy |
Re: Which Region Should Produce Nigeria’s Next President In 2023? by Nobody: 3:35pm On May 07, 2020 |
It will be the SW. All other region of the South are wasting their time. The North will never support an SE Presidency because the simple truth is that no one, least of all Northerners, can trust an Igbo to be fair and impartial to others. SS had if for 5 years and immediately prior to PMB. They do not qualify in the eyes of Party delegates and stalwarts. Most keep forgetting it is first and foremost about APC and PDP delegates voting who to give their Presidential ticket to. Nothing to do with the sentiments and emotions of the voting public. |

I laught at the Mgbanti Mgbanti people hoping that the Presidency will come to their region. Obviously, the average Igbo man cares less about what happens in Nigeria politics anymore with 70% of them listening to Nnamdi Kanu on the issue of referendum. That makes the Presidency a Northern and Western affair. I have one question. HOW DO THE WESTERNERS PLAN TO WIN THE NORTH WITHOUT THE SUPPORT OF THE IGBOS AND NIGER DELTANS? 1 Like 1 Share |
