You can invest in local rice production and distribution. Rice is an essential commodity in Nigeria; consume by both the rich and the poor, young and old; everyhome consume it at least once in a day.

Start a finance house like LAPO. If your current business has an office, start from there. You can be a finance house where people borrow money using guarantor or collateral.

Bulk foodstuff sale, go to your local market to conduct research on what sells fast. Yam, beans, garri, crayfish etc.

Bread wholesale, you can buy bus N1m and use the rest as working capital.

Wholesale distribution of cigarettes. Pick up any packet of Benson and Hedges, call their customer care and tell them you want to be a wholesale distributor.

Finally, you can rent a self compound and turn it into a guest house.
