I wrote to them few seconds ago. Hopefully they fix this issue asap and we can answer questions later in the day or tomorrow.

It might be technical glitch or another change though, but immediately i noticed on google chrome, i switched to ucweb, and it worked fine, and yes, i used phone...

Things i noticed are;
1. when there's one answer already, the question page now has a button with "1 answer" description, then another button with "answer" description, for another tutor to answer.
2. unlike before, the first answer will still be showing, while a tutor is typing the second answer.

Yes, that seems to be the new development. Use another browser apart from chrome or put your chrome browser on incognito mode.
