Good morning guys, my sister got her RN7 last year October, after upgrading to MIUI 11 from 10, the battery deprecated, secondly the phone started heating up, few days ago the screen got broken.. but it's still working... But my question here is what could be the reason behind the heat up and massive battery drain... My Nokia 3.1 plus battery last long this this RN7... Someone should help please what to do..

boot ur phone into safe mode. if the phone stops heating up after this then u must have installed a malware unknowingly. u have to reboot ur phone normally again and then uninstall all apps.

Updates sometimes kills a phone.

Another update may correct the problem though.

Sometimes I don't care about updates if my phone is working well.

Since i upgraded to Android 10 on MI max 3,its overheating when am watching movies on YouTube.

On Android 9...No overheating problem.
