Why police?d govt. never issued shoot @ site,he only came outside his house,he is not in another street far frm his home,he maintained social distance rule,why collect bribes at d borders to allow people frm other states pass to PH but shoot person in his own area?

I don't know what happened here. But some Nigerians can be stubborn and arrogant.
When this lockdown was announced in PH, I read some guys saying this is not for them, that police can't do shit as the police even fear them.

Fact is people should please obey laws. And do not confront an armed officer.
