A pastor in the Believers’ Ministry Church Incorporated, Benin City, Mr Otobong Emerson, was on Friday paraded by the Edo State Police Command for defiling three siblings and another girl, Punch Metro reports.

Parading the suspect at the command’s headquarters in Benin, the state Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Chidi Nwabazor, said the suspect had confessed to defiling the siblings aged six, seven, and nine as well as another 11-year-old girl.

Go and read Mattheu ch 24 or Mark 13. Jesus already said things like this will happen as signs of end time. All these things are happening to make many people become cold in the spirit, to discourage people from serving God, to make people query existence of God or Christianity.

But you know what? Jesus said whosoever shall endure serving God to the end shall be saved. Don't be like foolish virgin who were not prepare when Jesus came to meet them. Prepare your mind to hear more bad news about pastors, churches and Christianity in this end time because they are main target of the devil and because Bible said in the end time, sins shall multiply and many false prophets shall arise

He said when you see all these abomination happening in the holy place, whosoever that read should understand. Christians who becomes cold in the spirit or stop serving God or going to church because of end time events are not true Christians; they are only church goers or bench warmers.

For true Christians, when you hear things like these and you remember Jesus talked about them, they should draw you nearer to him so you will not fall off or become weak in the journey of redemption.

Christians don't like to accept that their religion has anything to do with immoral activities, even if a holy spirit filled pastor with a large following does it. When they are caught doing wrong, they are always 'not true Christians' despite their following.

They are not as reticent about condemning other hated religions/faiths/ races or cultures though where any single act can be easily attributed to the whole.

The only life is Islam
