25years in EPL and how many leagues did Fergie won?
Give Pep 25 years in England and let's see what that wizard will do considering the fact that he humbled Fergie led team on a big stage twice.
You are drunk Mr, guardiola has spent 4years in England and won just two premier league, while Ferguson won 13 premier league in 25years with a team from scratch, still he has a better winning ratio than guardiola.

Sir Alex Ferguson..
Arsene Wenger..
Pep Guardiola..
Jose Mourinho..

Pep plays and wins with style, has a good percentage of the number of matches won/matches played.. He shattered many record within a short time.

Many average players are now above average under his tutelage. (De Bruyne, Sterling, B. Silva, Sane, Larpote, etc..)

Get your facts right, david silva was never average at mancity, and yes pep improved the rest you mentioned

David silva have been world class for long

No... It took Fergie 4 years at manutd to win his first trophy. They stuck wif him only because of what he did with aberdeen.
Pep on the other hand, won 6 trophies in his first senior management season With a rebuilt team. Brought in alcantara, busquet, Pedro, seydou keita etc and moved on Giuly, ronaldinho, Deco. Etoo stayed cos people pleaded for him. A team that won nothing and came third the previous season won everything just one season after. Never try to sly pep!!!!
... At the bolded . I rest my case. Cc jokerman

Does this make him a greater EPL coach than Fergie or Wenger or Mou??

A pep that could win nothing in his first season in the EPL despite inheriting world class players until he spent the dough cool

Newcastle would soon but Moneyola grin

DaySpringer:
Arsene Wenger is not supposed to be there.

Having one Invincibles season and just three premier league titles in 20+ years in a particular league with the last one coming close to a decade before his retirement is a reason not to have him there.

Now with that being said,
My top Premier League Managers are in the following order.

1. Sir Alex Ferguson
2. Pep Guardiola
3. Jose Mourinho

VERY MUCH CORRECT BRO, ARSENE WENGER WASN'T SUPPOSED TO BE THERE AFTER HIS MANY YEARS OF NOTHING MUCH.
BUT I WOULD GO FOR MOURINHO BEFORE PEP GUARDIOLA.....
I JUST LAF AT PEOPLE PUTTING KLOP IN THAT LIST AFTER JUST BARELY 2 SEASONS OF GRAGRA

MY LIST .....

ALEX FERGUSON
JOSE MOURINHO

The one that reads for 2hours will most likely be using his 8hours for other things like Business, Self development, Entertainment etc. Most times, he will eventually be better than the guy that graduated with a 1st class. They are always more productive, They think more outside the box, They are just more successful overall.

What if I tell you Kizz Daniel gratduated with a 4.3 CGPA. Dude most likely didn't read for 10hours a day.

I'm not saying that it is bad to read for 10hours a day but I prefer the dude that reads for 2hours and finishes with a 4.2 CGPA.

I never said Mou is better than Pep, but I respect Mou far more than Pep.

When Pep wins the Champions league with the calibre of Inter Milan players of 2010 and the calibre of Porto players of 2004, I will respect him too

Every body has his order of preference in terms. That you decided to read for 2 hours and use other times for other activities is non of my business. The subject of discuss is your academic achievements not all round achievements.

Personally i prefer the student that dedicated his time for study and came out with a better result.

What calibre of players did he win the champions league with in inter milan that were not world class players compared to guadiola’s first champions league with barcelona.

You guys always try to downplay pep’s achievements on the grounds that he goes to already made teams.

What was Barca’s condition before his arrival.

Pep already had it rough with inheriting a team that finished third and trophyless a season before he took over(barca). He rebuilt the team, emphasized a team mentality as against individual talent in his first management season and voila, 6 trophies in first season. Never f.... With pep!

you said the truth most of them downplays peps achievement because they think he coaches already made teams.

Barcelona didn't have any condition. They only had people issue. Don't make it sound like there was an irredeemable crisis. They had very fantastic players.

The players at Inter Milan were very old, most of them in their 30s. The question is what did Inter achieve with those players One year before Mou came and One year after Mou left. Bros, this is more conspicuous than anything. Don't bother arguing.

The players at inter milan has won the league for two straight years before his arrival so they have a very good momentum and team spirit.

Inter milan team was a better team than barcelona team pep inherited.

Remember Barcelona went trophyless a season before guadiola arrived. A back to back champions and a trophyless team which one is better.

Italian teams does perfectly well with aged players. Even then uptil now.

Mourinho has world class players at his disposal there than pep.

if you doubt let us compare individual players. and check their stats.

GK Victor valdes and julio ceasar.
who was better as of then.
