... maybe you have lotta sugar in your body .. get mint leaves or saint leaves , crush it and add little salt . Take that for one week every night and morning before starting the above therapy . reduce sugar intake , groundnut oil, junks and every other food with too much sweetny coke , Fanta , and fats . Let me know how it goes within 2 weeks . Godisable
