Nearly all the football goalkeepers always put on jerseys that are different (in colors and patterns ) from their other teammates in a football match.

Is their any reason behind this or it's the normal thing

The reason is simple. so when the touch ball with theirs hands, referee won't mistake them for a player and give penalty kick
